Obtain account information any time, any day with a phone call to our free 1 Touch service.  All you need is your account number and a pre-assigned PIN.  Then simply dial (815) 937-7451 and select CWCU Identification number 1#.  The program will take you through the steps to obtain your account information.  The most common inquiries are:

  • Account Balances
  • Check Clearing and Deposit Information
  • Account and Loan Transfers
  • Request a Check Withdrawal (sent by mail)

If you don't have or don't know your personal identification number, speak with a Member Service Representative at (815) 937-7447, option 1, who can assign you a number.
